To submit a poster abstract please email your abstract to the rhizoreg@ed.ac.uk email address by 23:59 GMT+1 on the 15th of May. In your email please include authors names, affiliations and your contact email address along with your abstract.
Please follow the below instructions when submitting your abstract:
Only abstracts submitted in English will be accepted
Abstracts are limited to 300 words. This does not include the title or authors /
presenters.
Unusual abbreviations must be spelled out on first use
Abstracts should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar
Abstracts are to be submitted in the text box provided only
An abstract must only be submitted once
You can only submit one abstract as a presenter
Abstracts can be submitted free of charge
Once accepted all presenters must register and pay to attend the conference
All accepted abstracts will be made available online to conference delegates
Confirmation of receipt & notification of decision
You will receive email confirmation from the submission website that your abstract has been received, indicating the submission number which it has been allocated. Please refer to this number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.
Please contact the organising committee on the email below should you submit an abstract and do not receive confirmation that it has been received. Please do check SPAM / Junk mail for the confirmation before contacting us.
Notifications regarding status of your abstract will be sent once the review process is complete.
